Sorry guys for the late response. I am indeed very particular on trades and players. I initiated the trade,and also made very similar offers to Svelte Saquatch and Edgar Rentaria at the same tme. Obviously I love the long term upside for Garcia and Mize. Maybe I am right/maybe wrong. In this case, filling out my positional keepers, selling depth at SS, and getting younger for a next seasons top 3 finish! Also not sold anymore on Castillo. Time will tell.

Not the worst trade I seen It funny to see someone complain about a trade when actual trade rape take place it’s crickets because their boys are involved in the trade…

kluber pick up off the wire cavalli (11th week) delauter (14th week) and traded them in the 15th week..to make things worse either 2jays is going to leave the league at seasons end if that’s the case that trade is total horse crap… or if he stays he might not protect any of the players that he traded for…

Boogy was in a controversial trade in another league as well “not with me but another team” I always agree with any trade that’s not collusion so I have no opionion

I just laugh when I see trades like that when no legitimate assists are moved what do you guys think atleast Mize was moved a legit asset or maybe im saying that because I own Mixe everywhere personal bias on my part 🤣

Everybody values players differently. There's a guy in my other league that trades studs as soon as they get hurt. He traded Strider and Acuna last season, got maybe 50% of their value, just so he could compete for the playoffs.

Nothing fishy here. At least not on my part. That guy has actually been very difficult to trade with. I'm in at least one other league with him and he seems very particular about who he'll trade and who he won't. So it was quite a surprise to see his offer this morning. Maybe he thinks Betts and Castillo are washed up. They're certainly not in their prime anymore. Whereas Garcia and Mize are younger and potentially getting better.

I want the league to go back to its origanal 6 team playoff but that’s never going to happen 

That’s 50/50 brother teams are split on that in in the camp of want to keep it the same… so why would RTS change something that their no unity for on the teams in the league plus it keeps teams engaged until the end of the season and created a last minute trading frenzy…

I trip out when people don’t want to pay the premium for players that will impact your championship run and get mad when your competition pulls the trigger and beats on you in the big dance because of it… 

but someone dropping a star player is total bs!

im still waiting for that example ladders

RT won’t change anything. I’ve been telling them for years there needs to be a trade deadline but they don’t listen. It’s nonsense you can trade for some shit pitcher with a 2 step vs rockies and marlins up until the day before playoffs start. All football dynasty leagues have a trade deadline but RT refuse to add one for baseball

In one of my basketball dynasty leagues a guy dropped Wemby towards the end of the season because he thought it was redraft. RT never reversed the drop so some team got the #1 player off waivers. Hell of a league

RTS randomized for what ever reason does give the last place team a significant advantage of getting the first round pick….

I have a strong feeling that this problem will be fixed for next years draft order!

I always try to win. Even in this league where my team’s dog shit I’ve tried to win each week. I don’t care about draft picks. I usually trade half of them by the end of the season. Had no idea how the first pick is decided. I don’t look at that stuff

Context I run 29 leagues

i didn’t realize that I had Witt on the bench that was a honest mistake the thing that sucks is I have 29 teams and have a job and it’s hard to take time to set the lineups I try to set lineups on Sunday but sometimes things fall between the cracks… I tend to not start catchers I rarely keep catchers I have no love for catchers! It cracks me up when people send me trade offers for fringe catchers

dont get it twisted I care not how he sets his lineup or plays his game…

I just want to inform RTS of how the first round picks are being distributed and like every other 8 teams that is not making the playoffs I want to have a chance of getting the first over all pick

There’s a chance that RTS doesn’t know that the last place team has such a advantage when it comes to draft pick rankings but one thing is for sure RTS knows now 🤣 hopefully  we can get some changes done to make the draft pick lottery truly random going forward to help eliminate tanking

25% last place team got the 2nd round pick
20% last place team got the 3rd round pick
5% last place team got the 4th round pick
0% last place team got the 5th-8th round pick

1st round pick - 50% (10)
2nd round pick - 25% (5)
3rd round pick - 20% (4)
4th round pick - 5% (1)
5th-8th - 0%

I am going to share my finding with RTS and hoping that there is change for the upcoming draft if it is really random

I apologize for that. 3 of my active pitchers are injured and I do value my prospects I have rostered. Maybe I’ll try to swing some trades to put together a full pitching line up

The dynasty draft order will be determined by the previous year's regular season finish and lottery. This will be determined on or before December 1st each year. Draft picks one (1) through eight (8) will be determined via lottery of the teams failing to make the previous year's playoffs. Draft picks 9 through 12 will be determined by reverse order of finish based on the previous year's final regular season points standings.

I wonder if RTS could institute a rule against blatant tanking. I get it if you want to have a young team full of minor leaguers. But you have 30 roster spots so I think it's reasonable, for the integrity of the league, to put a full starting lineup out there every week. Doesn't have to be good players, just don't leave positions blank. And I know RTS rules say the draft order is based on a lottery but in my 3 years on RTS, across multiple leagues, I have yet to see anything but draft orders matching an exact reverse order of records.
