Less high picks presents a different challenge due to less depth. Regardless, injuries can flip the standings any given season.

Every league is different in terms of trade activity. But, it is nice to get a response of some kind within a day or two, whether it is declined, accepted or a message with feedback.
I have several teams and missed a lot of offers early in the season. I set up emails and they go to a specific folder. I try to check out regularly to see all trade activity in the leagues. It has helped with being more timely.
I am so ready to be done with this league. You can put trade offers out there for days and get nothing but crickets and people dont check in for days. My bad for assuming this would be a little more actively participated in by other teams.
