Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum could be headed for reduced volume during Sunday's Week 10 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Corum, the Rams' backup to Kyren Williams, has been heavily involved over the last two weeks, touching the ball 26 times, but his increased workload was likely a direct product of the Rams taking large leads over the Jaguars and Saints. They're expected to play a much closer game against the Niners, leaving fewer opportunities for depth players like Corum to touch the ball. Washington Commanders wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. has had a few down weeks after a hot start to the season. Samuel has posted just 12 catches for 67 yards on 17 targets to go with three carries for three yards over his past three games. The veteran missed Washington's Week 7 matchup in Dallas due to a heel injury, which could be impacting his performance. Samuel will be without second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow) for a few weeks, which will likely hurt Samuel's production a bit. Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is coming off one of the best games of his career in Week 9's win over the Dallas Cowboys, catching seven of his 10 targets for 96 yards and a touchdown. The seven receptions marked a career high for Harrison, while the 96 yards were his most since Week 4 against the Seahawks. The second-year wideout has benefited from having Jacoby Brissett as the starting quarterback and should continue to see better fantasy days moving forward. The 23-year-old has totaled 31 catches for 492 yards and three touchdowns on 50 targets in eight games this season. Harrison has a tougher matchup against a good Seahawks defense, but he performed well against them earlier this year, and his value is on the rise after a strong Week 9 performance. Harrison is ranked as RotoBaller's WR11 in PPR leagues for Week 10.

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier was a non-factor last week after the Falcons got down early, recording just two rushes for six yards. The 25-year-old now has 11 rushes for 30 yards and one touchdown in the team's last four losses, compared to 42 rushes for 159 yards and three touchdowns in their three wins. Unless the Falcons can keep Week 10's matchup close, Allgeier could be an afterthought again. Atlanta is a 6.5-point underdogversusthe Colts in Germany on Sunday, and with the fourth-year pro having basically no involvement in the passing game, he's a touchdown-dependent RB4/Flex play this week with very little upside and a near-zero floor.

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams remains a must-start fantasy option in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers as he looks to build on a successful first half of the 2025 season. Williams has 586 rushing yards, 166 receiving yards, and six touchdowns so far, ranking as the overall RB13 in PPR leagues. On paper, a matchup against the 49ers could pose a challenge for running backs, as San Francisco ranks near the middle of the league in fantasy points allowed to the position. They've also surrendered the seventh-fewest rushing touchdowns to running backs. However, Williams didn't see that level of shutdown defense when the 49ers faced the Rams in Week 5. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is having one of the best seasons of his career, and he remains a must-start fantasy quarterback in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers despite his limited rushing upside. Stafford now has 16 touchdowns and zero interceptions over his last five games, leading the Rams to a 6-2 start while supporting big fantasy performances from Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, and Kyren Williams. Stafford himself is the overall QB9 so far, and he's fourth in the MVP race with +500 odds. He has become matchup-proof this season and should be started against all opponents. With that said, a matchup against the San Francisco 49ers certainly doesn't hurt. The Niners have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 2025 and have forced just one interception. Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight has operated as the team's lead back over the past three games, recording 34 carries for 118 yards and a touchdown and adding six receptions (eight targets) for 47 yards. Knight has played 104 total snaps since Week 6, with the next closest Cardinals running back being Michael Carter at 57, but he didn't record a single snap in their Week 9 win over the Dallas Cowboys. The 25-year-old Knight was out-gained by Emari Demercado in that game, but saw a season high in snap share of 56.9% to Demercado's 40%. It looks like Arizona is trending toward becoming a split two-man backfield between Knight and Demercado, but nothing is set in stone. Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado led the team in rushing in their Week 9 win over the Dallas Cowboys, handling 14 carries for 79 yards. Demercado has the most juice as a receiver out of the backfield, which is an area that Seattle has struggled with this season, allowing the second-most receptions (48) to opposing running backs. It's tough to know for certain, but Knight and Demercado project to split most of the touches on Sunday, with Knight on early downs and Demercado on pass downs.
