The Arizona Cardinals' game against the Colts Sunday in Indianapolis featured a scary moment when Arizona reserve tight end Travis Vokolek was injured on a kickoff and laid on the turf motionless for some time.
Vokolek's head and neck area were stabilized and he was placed on a stretcher. The Cardinals termed it a neck injury in an official update.
Per reporters on the scene, Vokolek was moving his hands while being placed on the stretcher -- after having his facemask removed.
Vokolek, 27, is a third-year player who played collegiately at Rutgers and Nebraska. In three years, all for Arizona, Vokolek has appeared in seven games with one start this season against the Carolina Panthers. He has five combined tackles on special teams with no receptions during his career.
Also on Sunday, the Cardinals ruled wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. out with a concussion that he sustained in the second quarter. He hit his head on the turf after a 21-yard reception.
Harrison had two receptions for 32 yards prior to the injury.
Starts, Sits, Sleepers: Week 6
Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Darius Slay (shoulder) exited during the third quarter of Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Cleveland Browns. He is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had made four tackles and one pass defended. Brandin Echols originally entered the game in Slay's place, but Echols also suffered an injury and was replaced by James Pierre.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Cooper Rush was benched during Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Los Angeles Rams. He has been replaced by Tyler Huntley, who is currently on his third stint with the organization. Rush has struggled immensely while filling in for Lamar Jackson (hamstring). Last week, he had 179 yards and three interceptions. This week, through three quarters of play before being benched, he amassed 72 yards, one interception, and one last fumble. Trailing by multiple possessions in the final quarter, Baltimore decided that a change was necessary. The pivot to Huntley gives the Ravens a more mobile and athletic option under center. He'll likely quarterback the Ravens for the rest of Sunday's contest and could be in the conversation to start Baltimore's next game in Week 8 if Jackson remains sidelined.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase (illness) is officially active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Green Bay Packers. He had been listed as questionable after missing Friday's practice but evidently recovered in time for kickoff. Chase's fantasy production declined when Joe Burrow (toe) went down in Week 2, but he's trending up once again now that Cincinnati has made a quarterback change. Joe Flacco, who is generally regarded as a better passer than Jake Browning, will make his Bengals debut on Sunday. The veteran quarterback has the potential to support fantasy-relevant performances from several Cincinnati players, including Chase and Tee Higgins. Fantasy managers should feel optimistic about this fresh start, inserting Chase into their lineups across all leagues.

Green Bay Packers kicker Brandon McManus (right quadricep) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice. McManus tested his injury pregame, but it was ultimately determined that he won't be able to kick on Sunday afternoon. Fourth-year journeyman kicker Lucas Havrisik is active and will be responsible for all field goals and extra points against the Bengals. He hasn't kicked in a regular-season game since 2023 with the Rams, when he went 15-for-20 on field goals and 19-for-22 on extra points.

Green Bay Packers kicker Lucas Havrisik is active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. He will handle all field goals and extra points with Brandon McManus (right quadricep) inactive. McManus, listed as questionable, tested his injury pregame, but it was ultimately determined that he won't be able to kick on Sunday afternoon. Havrisik, a fourth-year journeyman kicker, will suit up in his absence. The Arizona product hasn't kicked in a regular-season game since 2023 with the Rams, when he went 15-for-20 on field goals and 19-for-22 on extra points.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (foot) has returned to the lineup after previously exiting from his team's Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Nacua recorded two catches for 28 yards on three targets before leaving the game and will now have a chance to add to that total in the second half. Nacua has been one of the best wide receivers in the NFL so far this season, so his return to the field is a welcome sign for both the Rams and fantasy managers. Still, this foot issue for Nacua could be something to monitor coming out of Week 6.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones (knee, oblique) is officially active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice. There was never much doubt about Jones' status, as it was widely expected that he would earn the start on Sunday with Brock Purdy (sidelined). Indeed, Jones is active as the Niners' primary quarterback, and he even has some fantasy appeal. The former first-round pick threw for 342 yards and two touchdowns last week, and he did so without four of the 49ers' top pass catchers. Jauan Jennings has returned to the mix this week, giving Jones another weapon. He ranks as a high-end QB2 with significant streaming appeal.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle, rib) is officially active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had been listed as questionable after logging back-to-back limited practices. While there was some concern about Jennings' status, he tested his injury pregame, and it was determined that he's healthy enough to play against the Bucs. His return provides a major boost to a Niners passing attack that is currently without Brandon Aiyuk (knee), George Kittle (hamstring), and Ricky Pearsall (knee). While Jennings will be catching passes from Mac Jones rather than Brock Purdy (foot), we don't expect there to be a significant fantasy drop-off. After all, Jones is averaging 302 passing yards and two passing touchdowns per start this season. Jennings is a fringe top-24 fantasy receiver this week.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) has officially been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts due to a concussion, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Harrison Jr. recorded two catches for 32 yards on two targets before leaving the game. With Harrison Jr. sidelined, Cardinals wideouts Michael Wilson, Zay Jones, and Greg Dortch will all likely see an uptick in both playing time and target share. Arizona tight end Trey McBride could see a few extra targets go his way as well.

Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado (ankle) is questionable to return to his team's Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Demercado had just one carry for one yard before getting injured. Even before he got hurt, it appeared that Demercado may have been behind both Michael Carter and Bam Knight in the pecking order for backfield touches in Arizona. If Demercado is unable to return, Carter and Knight would likely see all of the remaining backfield work in Week 6.

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) suffered a knee injury during his team's Week 6 matchup against the Denver Broncos in London and will undergo an MRI, according to Connor Hughes of SNY. Wilson's injury was initially reported as a hip issue, but Hughes clarifies that it is actually Wilson's knee that is the problem. Wilson recorded three catches for 13 yards on eight targets in the Jets' 13-11 loss to the Broncos. If he were to miss time, Jets wideouts Josh Reynolds, Arian Smith, and Tyler Johnson would likely see more targets, as would tight end Mason Taylor.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (undisclosed) has been taken to the locker room after being checked out in the blue medical tent during the first half of his team's Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Harrison Jr. appeared to have possibly suffered a head injury, but the exact nature of his absence has not yet been disclosed. Harrison Jr. recorded two catches for 32 yards on two targets before getting injured. If he is unable to return in Week 6, Cardinals wideouts Michael Wilson, Zay Jones, and Greg Dortch are all candidates to see an uptick in both playing time and targets.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (foot) is questionable to return to his team's Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens due to a foot injury, per Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. Nacua recorded two catches for 28 yards on three targets before getting injured. If Nacua is unable to return, Rams wideout Davante Adams would likely see an uptick in targets, while fellow wide receiver Jordan Whittington would likely see significantly more playing time.

The Arizona Cardinals announced wide receiver Michael Wilson (finger) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. The Cards already are beaten up on offense, as the team is playing without running backs James Conner (foot), Trey Benson (knee), and quarterback Kyler Murray (foot) in the game. If Wilson is unable to return, Arizona likely will turn to Greg Dortch and Zay Jones to work behind top receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum (ankle) is questionable to return to his team's Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens due to an ankle injury, per Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. Corum had four carries for 14 yards before getting injured. If he is unable to return, Rams RB1 Kyren Williams would likely dominate the team's backfield touches for the remainder of Week 6. Rookie running back Jarquez Hunter could potentially see the first carries of his career as well.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix completed 19 of 30 passes for 174 yards and a touchdown as the Broncos held on for a 13-11 victory against the New York Jets on Sunday in London. The second-year quarterback also added 24 rushing yards on five carries in a game thoroughly dominated by defense. Nix's overall numbers weren't remarkable, but he also didn't commit a turnover as the Denver defense held New York to just 82 total yards and recorded nine sacks. The Broncos have a favorable schedule coming up, with Nix set to take on a Dallas Cowboys defense currently ranked 32nd in net yards per attempt in Week 7.

Denver Broncos tight end Nate Adkins scored his first touchdown of the season on Sunday to help his team defeat the New York Jets 13-11 in London. The third-year tight end finished the day having caught both of his targets for 23 yards, and his 16-yard scoring connection with quarterback Bo Nix proved to be the only touchdown of the game. Even with his first touchdown in the books, Adkins has just four catches on the season. Behind fellow tight end Evan Engram, who led the team in targets on Sunday, Adkins is unlikely to receive enough volume to be considered for fantasy lineups going forward.

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (hip) sustained an injury on Sunday during an ugly 13-11 loss to the Denver Broncos in which the Jets fell to 0-6 on the season. Jets coach Aaron Glenn confirmed the hip injury after the game, according to Antwan Staley of the New York Daily News. The former Ohio State Buckeye entered the game fourth among all wide receivers in targets and seventh in yards, but managed just three catches for 13 yards against Denver as New York threw for only 45 yards and gave up nine sacks. Wilson didn't miss extended time because of the injury on Sunday, but his status will be worth observing when the Jets return to practice prior to playing Carolina in Week 7.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. (eye) suffered an eye injury doing band work during pre-game warmups on Sunday and is inactive for the Week 6 game against the visiting Arizona Cardinals, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. It's a new low point in the former first-rounder's career after losing the starting gig to Daniel Jones to begin the 2025 season. With Richardson sidelined, rookie Riley Leonard will be forced to serve as the direct backup to Jones for Sunday's game at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's unknown at this time if Richardson will be available to back up Jones next week on the road in Los Angeles against the Chargers. Richardson has only appeared in two games so far this year and has completed one of his two pass attempts for nine yards.

Denver Broncos tight end caught five of his six targets for 42 yards during Sunday's Week 6 win over the New York Jets. He was the team's leader in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. Engram's Broncos tenure started off relatively slow, but he has come on strong lately with 13 catches, 104 yards, and one touchdown over his last three games combined. The 31-year-old will remain a low-end TE1 option heading into a relatively soft matchup against the New York Giants last week. New York most recently allowed tight end Dallas Goedert to explode for nine catches, 110 yards, and a touchdown.
