Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr.'s accuracy went kaput in Germany, completing just 12 of his 28 pass attempts for 177 yards in Sunday's 31-25 overtime loss to the Colts, which included one touchdown pass and no interceptions. However, he also lost a fumble and was sacked three times. The 25-year-old came into the contest with a 60.8 percent completion percentage. But after this performance, it now stands at 58.8 percent. That is the third-lowest in the league, only slightly better than Tennessee's Cam Ward, whose league-low rate stands at 57.6 percent. Although the second-year QB owns a sterling 8:1 TD:INT over his last five games, the left-hander is hard to trust for fantasy with such low completion rates and near-zero value added with his legs. Atlanta has lost four straight, but has winnable matchups coming up (vs. CAR, @ NOR, @NYJ). Kirk Cousins didn't make the case for a quarterback change in his lone start in Week 8 against the Dolphins, but if the Falcons continue this losing streak against those teams, Penix may find himself on the hot seat.

Since returning from a high-ankle sprain that caused him to miss three games, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has finished as the WR8, WR20, and WR24 in half-PPR scoring. Coming off a bye week, the Cowboys face the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday night, and Lamb has the potential to be the overall WR1 for the week. As wintery weather begins to affect games across the country, Lamb will be playing indoors in Vegas against a Raiders defense that has allowed 30.7 fantasy points per game to wide receivers. While he hasn't scored a touchdown in either of his last two games, he's seen a team-high three redzone targets in that time, and his overall target share hasn't dipped below 27% since his return. The Cowboys are projected for 27 points, and one of the most likely ways they hit that mark is on the back of a vintage CeeDee Lamb performance.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) had his 21-day practice window opened on Monday and has begun working in a limited capacity. Recent reports have suggested that Burrow is targeting the team's Week 13 Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens as a potential return date; however, NFL Insider Adam Schefter believes a Week 14 return against Buffalo is more realistic. After starting the season with two wins, the Bengals have lost five of the six games he's missed and fallen to 3-6. Fortunately for them, neither the Steelers nor the Ravens have been able to pull away in the division, and the Bengals' next five games all come against teams currently in the AFC playoff picture, making his return timeline all the more critical. While Joe Flacco has been a blessing for the team's fantasy options, his sustainability does not feel guaranteed, and a Burrow-led Bengals offense has been the key to many a deep fantasy playoff run in the past.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase remains the league-leader in targets following the team's Week 10 bye, building a sizable lead with Joe Flacco at quarterback. Chase has been peppered with targets in Flacco's four starts, recording 44 receptions for 457 yards and two touchdowns on a whopping 62 targets. The 25-year-old has 107 targets on the year, with Chris Olave the next closest at 95. The superstar wideout could also be getting his star QB back soon, with Joe Burrow (toe) having his 21-day practice window opened on Monday. Burrow could be returning soon and pick up where Flacco has left off, as the offense has still thrived in his absence. Chase remains one of the top fantasy options regardless of position every week and will look for another dominant performance in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens comes into Week 11 as the WR5 in half-PPR scoring, largely on the strength of what he was able to accomplish while teammate CeeDee Lamb was sidelined with an ankle injury. In the three games that Lamb missed, Pickens averaged 120 yards per game while scoring four touchdowns and finishing as the weekly WR2, WR19, and WR1. In the three games since Lamb's return, Pickens has failed to find the endzone, and he finished as a top-24 wide receiver only once (WR20 in Week 8). However, he has still seen nine targets in two out of three games while averaging nearly 80 receiving yards per game. In Week 11, as many teams start to face inclement weather, the Cowboys will be playing in a dome against a Las Vegas Raiders team that has been one of the most generous to fantasy receivers. Dallas is coming out of their bye week and has one of the highest implied point totals of the week, giving both Lamb and Pickens a legitimate shot to finish as top-12 receivers.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor has had a solid rookie season through nine games, leading the team in receiving with 26 receptions for 323 yards and two touchdowns on 53 targets. Ayomanor has recorded multiple receptions in every game, but has only eclipsed 50 receiving yards twice in a struggling Titans offense. The rookie out of Stanford posted back-to-back games with touchdowns in Weeks 2 and three, scoring a combined 29.4 PPR points. However, in six games since then, Ayomanor has totaled just 37.6 total fantasy points. The rookie wideout could be an intriguing add off the waiver wire for Week 11 as he may see an increase in targets and production after the team's Week 10 bye, while continuing to build a rapport with fellow rookie Cameron Ward, but he's also been outproduced by Chimere Dike in recent weeks.

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden III has been a playmaker in his limited opportunity this season, catching 16 of his 18 targets for 222 yards and a touchdown to go with two rushes for six yards in eight games this season. Burden is seeing his reps increase as the season progresses and posted season highs in both snaps and routes in Chicago's Week 10 win over the New York Giants. The rookie second-rounder played 57.6% of the snaps, his first game with a snap share above 50%, and ran 46.3% of the team's routes. Head coach Ben Johnson said that Burden will see more targets moving forward as he continues to get more comfortable in the offense. D.J. Moore also left the game against the Giants early with a shoulder injury, but was able to return to the game. If Moore were to miss any time, Burden would certainly be in line for more routes. The rookie out of Missouri had an exciting prospect profile with elite athletic traits and is worth adding off the waiver wire in 12-team leagues to see how his role expands.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (leg) has played in only two games this season following a gruesome ankle dislocation suffered in Week 7 of last season and a fibula injury that has kept him out since Week 5. Head coach Todd Bowles is hopeful that the veteran wideout will be able to return soon, but he remains without a timetable for now. It's possible that he doesn't return until December. Tampa Bay already lost top wide receiver Mike Evans (collarbone) for the season and has heavily relied on rookies Emeka Egbuka and Tez Johnson in their absence. Godwin is rostered in most leagues, but he could be worth adding in leagues where he is available, as he could make an impact down the stretch.

New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins will be one of the more popular waiver-wire targets this week after leading the team in catches (six), targets (10), and receiving yards (106) in the 28-23 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 10. However, Hollins' fantasy value going forward will probably be tied to the health of Kayshon Boutte (hamstring), who was inactive on Sunday due to injury. With Boutte sidelined, Hollins led all Pats receivers with a season-high 79% of the offensive snaps and was a favorite target of ascending second-year quarterback Drake Maye. Hollins will probably be more boom/bust for fantasy purposes when Boutte returns to the fold, but the 32-year-old veteran could be a sneaky WR4/flex play in Week 11 this Thursday night in a plus matchup against the division-rival New York Jets if Boutte misses a second straight game. Hollins is only rostered in 1% of Yahoo leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Bhayshul Tuten had a season-high nine carries for 29 yards and scored his third touchdown of the year in the Week 9 overtime win over the Las Vegas Raiders. However, Tuten was unable to build on that performance in the Week 10 loss to the Houston Texans, carrying the ball just four times for five yards while catching one of his two targets for five additional yards. The 23-year-old played a season-high 27% of the offensive snaps, but fellow rookie LeQuint Allen Jr. saw a season-high 32% of the snaps as well. Travis Etienne Jr. remains the Jags' clear top back in Jacksonville, even though Tuten has teased fantasy managers in his rookie season with explosiveness and power out of the backfield. Tuten has fantasy value as a handcuff to Etienne, but he'll continue to be hard to trust as a touchdown-dependent RB4 heading into a Week 11 contest against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that running back Jaylen Warren "will get more touches" going forward, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN. Tomlin also added that he's comfortable with both Warren and Kenneth Gainwell on third downs, but Warren "has to get a break at some point." Warren played 46% of the offensive snaps, his second-lowest total of the season, in Sunday night's 25-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, while Gainwell played 52% of the snaps. The 27-year-old Warren finished with 14 rushing attempts for 70 yards and added two catches for 21 yards. Despite the limited number of snaps, Warren had his second-highest rushing total of the season. Gainwell didn't even have a carry while catching just two passes for four yards. Touchdowns have been hard to come by for Warren (he has just three), but he should maintain a safe floor as a volume-based RB2.

Kansas City Chiefs rookie running back Brashard Smith played 20% of the offensive snaps and carried the ball only three times for seven yards while coming up empty on his only target in the 28-21 Week 9 loss to the Buffalo Bills before the team's bye with Isiah Pacheco (knee) out. It was a frustrating performance for fantasy managers hoping that the 22-year-old rookie might finally see more volume in KC's backfield. In his first NFL season, Smith has seen just 28 carries for 82 yards (2.9 yards per tote), but he's also added 14 receptions on 19 targets for 122 yards through the air in nine games. Nothing is official, but it sounds as though the Chiefs may hold Pacheco out this Sunday against the division-rival Denver Broncos. Veteran Kareem Hunt will remain the team's lead back, but Smith may have a bigger role as the change-of-pace back. He's only rostered in 8% of Yahoo leagues, and he'll be a hard sell as a flex RB this weekend against a strong Denver D, even if Pacheco is inactive.

Houston Texans rookie wide receiver Jayden Higgins had his best game of the season in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, catching five of his seven targets for 42 yards and a touchdown. Higgins has seen his route share creep back below 50% in the past two games with Nico Collins back in the lineup, but he was still productive in his limited opportunity. Notably, the rookie wideout ran more routes than veteran Christian Kirk for the first time this season when both are active. That will be a number to monitor for Higgins moving forward to see if he can establish himself as one of the team's top targets alongside Collins. Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman made his return from Injured Reserve in the Week 10 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday and played a healthy 73% of the offensive snaps, catching two of his four targets for 11 yards. Tillman's numbers certainly didn't stand out in the 27-20 loss in his first game back from injury, but his role should grow going forward, making him worth a look off the waiver wire this week. Tight ends Harold Fannin Jr. and David Njoku aren't going to remain heavily involved in the Browns' passing attack, but Tillman has the clear leg up to regain the WR2 role to close out the 2025 season.

Los Angeles Rams backup running back Blake Corum has now seen double-digit carries in three straight games for the Rams as he continues to see more work alongside starter Kyren Williams. In Sunday's 42-26 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 10, Corum tied a season high with 13 rushing attempts for 56 yards while playing a season-high 39% of the offensive snaps. It helped the 24-year-old's cause that L.A. pulled away by multiple scores in the second half, but fantasy managers cannot ignore the fact that he has 38 carries for 151 yards (4.0 yards per rush) in the last three contests. The downside is the fact that Corum hasn't scored since Week 2, and he has only four receptions for 15 yards on eight targets on the season. Corum is definitely touchdown-dependent and continues to work behind Williams, but his increased involvement in a high-scoring offense at least makes him worth RB3/flex consideration in deeper leagues heading into a Week 11 divisional showdown against the Seattle Seahawks.

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely had a quiet game in his team's Week 10 win over the Minnesota Vikings, recording two catches for 17 yards. However, Likely saw a season-high five targets. In the two full games he has played with Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson this season, Likely has been targeted nine times, hauling in five catches for 77 yards. The presence of veteran tight end Mark Andrews in Baltimore limits Likely's playing-time upside, as he's played fewer than 59% of the Ravens' offensive snaps in each of their past three games. Still, Likely has proven he can be productive when Jackson is under center for Baltimore. Across 16 games with Jackson in 2024, Likely recorded 42 catches for 477 yards and six touchdowns on 58 targets. Heading into a Week 11 matchup against the Browns, Likely could be a decent stash candidate for fantasy managers to pick up off the waiver wire.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tyler Lockett had his best game of the season during their Week 10 loss to the Denver Broncos, catching five of six targets for 44 yards in his second game with the team. Lockett reunited with Raiders head coach Pete Carroll and quarterback Geno Smith, signing with the team on October 27. The 33-year-old wasn't productive in his short stint with the Tennessee Titans, catching just 10 of 21 targets for 70 yards in seven games. The veteran showed that he still has something left in the tank against the Broncos, with his five receptions being the most since Week 4 of last season with the Seahawks. Before a Week 10 bye, Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant had begun to emerge as a more consistent feature of his team's passing game. In his final three games played before the bye, Fant recorded nine catches for 113 yards and two touchdowns on 10 targets. In Week 11, the Bengals will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fant arguably had his best game of the season in Week 7 against Pittsburgh, hauling in four catches for 44 yards and a score. If the Week 11 matchup between Cincinnati and Pittsburgh proves to be another shootout, Fant could have an opportunity to find the end zone again. San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (knee) remains without a concrete timetable to return after head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that the team will not open his 21-day practice window this week. Aiyuk has made steady progress in his recovery after tearing his ACL and MCL in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs last season, but is still not quite ready to practice.
